I’m still drooling… and now I’ve decided that I definitely need a few knitted berets to wear once our weather (finally) gets cooler! This girl is just too cool for words, I swear.

Our friends Amber and Eve over at Painfully Hip aren’t just super sweet, they’re pros when it comes to creative and quirky dressing. Because of them, I’ve started paying attention to a cool Flickr pool called “Wardrobe Remix” (if you already read their blog, then you already know what I’m talking about). Members send in shots of themselves in their outfits, and tell you where the pieces came from. Eve recently showcased a pretty little veterinary student from Finland who goes by the name “Piksi”. She might as well call herself perfection- seriously. Not only is she the most adorable thing you’ve ever seen on two legs, she’s also a fantabulous dresser! I’m completely hooked and regularly peek into her world to see what her latest wardrobe concoction consists of. She perfectly embodies the most important European fashion sensibilities- quality over quantity, vintage mixed with new, less is more, etc. I am in love with this girl’s style. Just thought you guys might like to take a gander as well!

Elle is wonderful- and for so many reasons. I don’t even need to tell you that! I just love that I am constantly finding more reasons to stay in love with them. Their website is almost as great as the glossy! Case in point… they’re doing street fashion! Granted- I’ve been so busy and haven’t been to their site recently (other for runway stuff- which I beeline to) to browse. They could have been doing this forever for all I know. Doesn’t matter. The point is that they are! And this stuff is always such a great source of inspiration. The above pics here are from NYC. Check out the middle chick’s shirt! I LOVE THAT! Now I know what my plans for the weekend are! (go to thrift store… buy old men’s button down shirt- look for a HUGE neck!).

This site is pretty cool. It’s not like most of the others I’ve found that focus on one specific region of the world. Street Peeper collects photos from all over the place. My only gripe is that there isn’t enough to see. They need to add more pictures. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt though, and assume that they’ll keep updating. Definitely worth checking out though!

You guys know how I love to see how people in far away places dress, and here we have yet another site dedicated to just that. This collection is fairly large, and might I add… addictive!
I’ve picked my favorite. His picture is up above. Alex’s style tip? “Go for the look of the Columbian drug dealer. Remember the clip-ons!” Right on, brotha!

This time from the Japanese! This site absolutely rocks because it shows you street style from many different cities… just an island, but a very diverse one! Their archive’s fun too. Man, talk about cheap entertainment. Heh.

A little inspiration! You should check out Hoy Fashion, a website that features pictures of UK street style. I love sites like this because they’re real. It’s fun to look and see how different people interpret their style. My only problem is that once I start, I can’t stop!
